Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) has received a Professional Certification Grant amounting to RM900,000.00 from the Ministry of Higher Education through PENJANA KPT-PACE Phase-3 program. A total of 321 UTeM final year students will benefit from this program. They will follow 6 professional certification programs that have been approved as added value to increase their marketability opportunities when they graduate later as well as improve the graduate’s professional competence in their own fields.
Through KPT-PACE Phase 1, UTeM has received grants amounting to RM 315,680.00 for 2 programs while Phase 2 grants received amount to RM 1.971 million for 8 programs. The programs that have been approved for Phase 3 are as follows;
- TAM Certified Fixed Broadband & 5G Network Technologies
- Autocad Essentials With Certification
- Professional Certification Program SMCT-MT1 Practical Mechatronic 1
- IoT Fundamentals: Connecting Things
- ODOO ERP & Developer Certification Program (OEDCP)
- CSWIP 3.0 Visual Welding Inspector Level 1
