The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic & International) UMPSA, Lt. Col. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Ahmad Ziad bin Sulaiman as Chairman of JKAA MTUN and also attended by Ybrs. Prof. Dr. Zulkifilie Ibrahim, DVC (A&I) UTeM, Ybrs. Professor Ir. Dr. Mohd Shukry bin Abdul Majid, DVC (A&I) UniMAP and Ybrs. Professor Dr. Shahruddin bin Mahzan, DVC (A&I) UTHM.
This meeting session was also attended by members of JKAA MTUN consisting of Office/Academic Division Directors, representatives of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Technology and coordinators appointed from MTUN, representatives of the Academic Excellence Division, Department of Higher Education (JPT), representative of the Policy and Research Division, Ministry of Higher Education, representative of the Department of Polytechnic & Community College Education. The meeting of JKAA MTUN No. 1/2024 was also held online for representatives who could not attend in person.
